HELP PASS A LAW THAT REQUIRES BUSINESSES TO HAVE FULL INTENTION OF HIRING IF CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS!

Shady businesses interviewing applicants for personal gain with no intention of hiring.
HAVE YOU EVER GONE THROUGH THE INTERVIEW PROCESS JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THE COMPANY YOU JUST APPLIED FOR IS NOT HIRING?
THE PLAN:
All money in this account would go to building awareness (via social media) in the fight against businesses that take advantage of the working class. We would develop a rating system / awareness system that would require businesses to pass our vote before being allowed to interview. Our rating system would ensure that businesses are willing to hire and not wasting the applicants time. Also, we are working on a plan of preservation. This plan is a clause that preventsĀ businesses from using any ideas discussed in the interview process.
MY STORY:
I was recently interviewed by Noel Bowmen with minus5 Ice bar, for their PR and marketing position.
They were very adamant about getting my ideas for their bar. During the interview process they gave me a "homework" assignment. At which point they asked me to get a list of contacts and potential leads for them. I did so (in a professional manner) and handed it over to them. Immediately following, I was advised that they were not hiring anymore and disregarded like cattle.
Ā I foolishly watch them write down each one of my good ideas in their notebook during my interview. I should've been more aware of what they were doing but I really needed the job and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I generated leads for them during the interview process which I will not be commissioned for now.
