The ghost to be

Chapter 1: The old house

It was a dark, misty night and i was wondering through the woods  with my dog fluffy, when all of a sudden. She ran past me and then she was out of sight so i  ran forward in the direction that she went and i was relieved, but the thing was i just happened to of found her near an old house.

I went inside and the creek of the door made my heart thump, but still i carried on and then, because i was looking were i was going, stupid me tripped over a stool. Well half of one anyway, because it had two legs and a bit of the side of it was broken. I wonder how that happened.

I opened the next door i saw which was the first door i had saw besides the front door. For now.

So i went into the room which seemed to be a kitchen with a very old stove that was probably hundreds of years old .I wondered how it was still there and not broken like the stool was,but then i decided to to open the stove door and unfortunately when i did so a whole load of dust came flying out of the stove and all over my face so i grabbed my handkerchief out of my pocket and wiped most of it of my face, but it did make me sneeze an awful lot.

Chapter 2:The living room

I walked out of the kitchen, because i was afraid of something else bad happening or just a whole load of dust going all over my face again and making me sneeze.

So i went into another room, which seemed to be a living room. I think, but the funny thing is that in the living room all i could smell was a burning smell, but the strange thing was nothing was burning and it was very cold in the room. I thought i saw something or possibly someone peeping through the window at me, but i think my mind was playing tricks on me and making me see things that aren't really there. I was shaking all over.

I decided to search in the living room for anything mainly, because i was scared and shaking and wanted something to keep me occupied.

I searched and searched and then i finally found something underneath the dusty old sofa, it was a book, but not just any book a diary i turned the page, it was a yellow just like a treasure map so the diary must be old.

I started reading. It said:

Dear diary

The strange people were here yesterday and they caught my dog max, whilst he was playing with his colorful chew toy. I didn't know what to do, but i didn't dare try stop them, there were too many, so i had to lock all the doors and put a stool in front of the door to stop them from forcing the door opening. They didn't come for me they came for my dog for some reason.

I read the next diary entry. It said:

DON'T COME IN THIS HOUSE! THEY WILL GET YOU! THERE AFTER ME I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT THERE AFTER ME THERE TRYING TO FORCE MY DOOR OPEN! AND GET ME.WHY OH WHY!THEY'LL GET YOU IF YOU COME,BUT THEY ONLY COME AT NIGHT . I THINK.JUST RUN AWAY WHEN YOU CAN!!!SAVE YOURSELF!!!

Chapter 3:The Cannibals

"DON'T TRUST ANYONE" It clearly stated in big bold letters, which some one had rushed writing. The diary entries they have just shocked me i must go,i must listen to the person who wrote the messages in this diary .I shouted fluffy my dog and waited for her to come to me,but then all of a sudden there was this really big bang on the door,which made my heart thump and thump,i was so scared was it them the people in the diary who we had been warned about or was it someone coming to help us or just someone trying to get in for safety and shelter.I ran out of the back door and quickly put a clip on leash on fluffy and then we both ran as fast as are legs could carry us.I thought to myself am i going to make it or am i going to end up like the person who wrote the diary.I ran and ran and i didn't look back,not once.                                                                                                                          But then i had got a stitch and i had to stop my belly was absolutely killing me,because i ran to fast,for too long,but i still was moving,but just walking slowly.

I felt a sharp pain in my leg which made me scream once or twice i looked down at my leg in shock i saw a trampy looking person biting my leg,they were covered in blood.I was so creeped out.I thumped the person on the back really hard they stopped biting my leg and gave me this really evil glare and then as the person was about to try bite my leg again,i kicked them and made a run for it.

I ran and ran,but not as quick as last time though.I felt like something or someone was missing and i coudn't think what or who,so i jsut kept going,but then i heard this cry of pain,i turned around and saw fluffy far behind me and she was right near that trampy looking person who was biting me.

I coudn't do anything to save her besides risk my life and get killed with her which i knew woudn't be a good opsion,because in the end we would both end up dead. I finally escaped the woods and was near a road i walked along the road.

I adventually had found someone who wasn't trying to kill me,as i hoped anyway.It was an old lady i asked for her name she told me that her name was Marley louise fishermen and i told her my name she looked suprised and a bit curious.I asked her if she knew how to get home,she replied,"Yeah,It's back the way you came",and i was so shocked when i saw her pull a pistol out from her pocket,i ran away and kept going along the road.

I just kept going roung and round in circles,i didn't understand.I went back to the old lady and asked her what's happening and why she she has a gun in her hand,but she didn't answer me i repeated my questions,but i shouted them instead,but still no reply from her she just glared at me.She held the gun to the side of my head,i begged her to stop,she put her finger on the trigger and i closed my hands and listened to her slowly pulling on the trigger.And then all of a sudden i heard i big bang from the gun and i fell on the ground in pain and then i felt much better and i felt the side of my head where the old lady had shot me,i felt a hole it must of gone straight through my head or something,because it was very deep and it went across my head. I was so confused.                                                                                                 The old lady said to me,"I'm sorry,but i was lonely in this ghost world and the fact that you were alive and well and able to see me shocked me and i wanted you to stay forever with me".

I just didn't understand,i was so confused,i wasn't even that sure about what she was saying.

Chapter 4-Reasons come out

I can't believe this i'm a ghost,she killed me,but i guess she kind of did me a favour,because i guess i could of suffered a slow and painful death by getting burnt to death by them cannabuls and then eaten,so the fact that she shot me and i had a quick,but still very painfull for a couple of seconds, death was much better,but the thing is the fact that no matter what i did i would still die made me feel so sad.

And Ikept wondering what them cannibals are doing with my dog at the moment.

I have to say i thought that old lady must of been mental,but thats just what i thought.She started telling me that i must have a gift,a gift that allows me to see ghosts and that i must not deny the fact that i have an amazing gift to see the dead or should i say the non-living.

The old lady called Marley,She said to me, You came into the woods with you're dog, I saw you!, I was peeping in through window,you were reading my last diary entries, before them weird people came for you. They are cannibals,hey eat people or should Isay that they eat their own kind. I think they ate my dog his name was Max and i did once think that they had ate me, but then I realised that I had a big hand made spear going through my chest so that is most likely what killed me, they must of chucked it into me".

Then I realised it all became clear, I am dead I did not survive the gun shot through the head, like I though I had and the old lady called Marley, she must be dead too. I thought that the fact that I'm a ghost would be just so not true, but it must be it's the only thing that makes sense.

Chapter 5:In Heaven

A really big bright light appeared in front of me. The old lady called Marley grabbed my hand and squeezed it and then she let go and gave me a really big hug and a burst of tears came out of my eyes, because I was so happy to have some one to hug and trust and the fact that this was all over and we were going somewhere better really cheered me up.

Marley the old lady grabbed hold of my hand again and held it tight whilst we walked into the light. We ended up in a very bright place with clouds, which we could stand on and they woudn't move or anything. And there was an awful lot of people there who had died ,so  it must be heaven I told Marley about what I thought and she agreed.

And she said to me,"This is it then, we're in Heaven as we know it, safe and sound, and away from them awful cannibals at last.

THE END-WE HAPPILY REMAINED IN HEAVEN FOREVER AND EVER.
