THE LITTLE GIRL WHO LIVES DOWN THE LANE

Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived down the lane.  Her name was Genesia, she was one of my friends.  I and Genesia attended the same Elementary school and talked to each other every day.   I often think of her and wonder how she is doing since I haven't seen her for a long time.

I remember the good old days when I was young.  The highlight of my youth was when I was in the 6th grade.  I was a honor roll student and everyone liked me.  My favorite hobbies were bicycle riding, roller skating and climbing trees.  I used to spend a lot of time alone just enjoying nature and listening to the sounds of birds chirping.  My favorite birds are the red robin and the blue jay.

I'm the little girl who lived down the lane.  I often spent a majority of my time analyzing other people and afterwards I would analyze myself.  I must say that everyone is different but it's never good to be known as a eccentric person.  When I grew older people called me eccentric.   Finally, I have found my own identity and I'm proud to be the little girl who lives down the lane.
