  • I think
  • in life,
  • we try and make the first thing
  • we ever loved,

(Love gives you wings, and the first love is so sweet to all and so did my first love letter, after I folded it up and allows it to fly towards the sky. The first thing on any love is the sweetest moments in our life)

  • that ever made us proud,
  • proud.
  • And in doing so

(Some are  not always the best at expressing themselves on their pure love)

  • we feel that pride once more.
  • For isn't that the goal of life?
  • To once and for all be satisfied,
  • to love ourselves?
  • Why is it so hard to begin with?

(It's hard trying to commit to a new relationship after being hurt by a first love.)

  • Why is it so easy to give our love away
  • and not hold it in arms
  • safe from the terrors of manipulation?

(May be you have the most loveable  soul, the noblest nature, the sweetest, most loving heart I have ever known, and my love, my reverence, my admiration for you, you have increased in one evening as I should have thought only a lifetime of intimate, loving association could have increased them. You are more wonderful and lovely in my eyes than you ever were before; and my pride and joy and gratitude that you should love me with such a perfect love are beyond all expression, except in some great poem which I cannot express-A sample of love letter goes like this.)

  • we give ourselves to everything we love
  • and in return
  • hope that we'll achieve something
  • that earns it back.

(Every letter was a love letter. Of course, as love letters went, this one could have been better. It was not very promising)

  • About Poetess Gina Marie

_________________________________

Her Profile goes like this. (Courtesy to Profile description in COSMOFUNNEL ) Poetess Gina Marie is a familiar name in COSMOFUNNEL and her poems are fabulous, especially Haiku Poems.  She is very passionate towards her writings and is an academic scholar, with her priorities firmly planted in English and Journalism. She has a fascination with medical anomalies which is probably mildly concerning. Her favorite authors include Edgar Allan Poe, Victor Hugo, Vincent Van Gogh, William Faulkner, F Scott Fitzgerald, Tina Fey, and Abe Lincoln.

Samples of love letters are as below

"I would have given you all of my heart. But there's someone who's torn it apart. And she's taken just all that I had. But if you want I'll try to love again. Baby I'll try to love again but I know".

Another one goes like this

" I think that anyone who has been through hell and back with a relationship can relate. But we all must learn to forgive and forget. The first cut might be the deepest but we can all use it as a learning experience and grow from it "

And a third one is as below:

When I look into your eyes, I loose all sense of time and place. Reason robbed, clear thought erased, I am lost in the paradise I find within you gaze. I long to touch your blushing cheek, to whisper in your ear how I adore you, how I cannot bear the thought of living without you. To be so near you without touching you is agony. Your blindness to my feelings is a daily torment, and I feel driven to the edge of madness by my love for you”

  • READ BETWEEN THE LINES

_________________________________

Do you ever totally forget your first love then they remains unforgettable in a truly different way? The reason first love stories are so compelling to read is because there is something so powerful about a young love experience. Is it because it happens when our hearts are still innocent and pure -- before that first inevitable heartbreak? Or is it because once that huge flame dies out, a few warm embers remain to keep the memory aglow? It's true, too, that we tend to get even more sentimental as we age, especially about memories of long ago. An unfinished love keeps some allure for many years. Whatever keeps those tender feelings in play, some long to have that feeling again as evidenced by those who go in search of that first love. With social media around now, it is not difficult to do.

My congratulation for sharing a fabulous love letter to COSMO readers, We really expect more romantic writes from you golden Pen, Good luck and God bless, dear Poetess Gina Marie
