Lust
By Laura Wighton
________________________________
Lust comes and lust goes
It's as easy as taking off your clothes
One minute your mesmerised, the next your're ignored
You may aswell lay your heart down on the chopping board
(A love is based more on physical behavior. It is based on strong feelings toward another. It haunts us throughout our lives and can lead to our destruction or transformation)
But, the chemical tension arises so quick
And you can't seem to keep your eyes off his d!**,
The charm in his words makes you feel weak
And how could you ignore the man's physique!
(A lust is based more on "self-benefit", of what can benefit you rather than the other person. This is "I love you because it feels good, and makes me happy loving you. This is very negative)
The ego takes over and it feels so right,
Until the next morning you wake in a fright
So nieve, so daft to think this man wanted your heart
Instead hes ripped it out and torn it apar
(Lust is certainly dangerous when it stands alone. When everything exclusively revolves around our self-interests - when we solely live for our passions - we objectify others and fail to love them as we should)

Two people feel this strong emotional attraction towards one another, though they barely really know about each others personalities, you see only each others strengths and good side, everything is rosy, mushy feeling of happiness,It is love that is untested by hardships, and therefore may or may not last in the long-term.Be careful of being in love with the "concept of love" itself, rather than for who the person is Over-relying on pure emotion without the balance of logic is a recipe for failure.Lust is passionate love that yearns to find fulfillment in object of its longing.First, in order to exist lust is dependent upon the situation and circumstances. As long as a couple is enjoying a romantic situation, lust can thrive. But, as soon as hurtful words or actions appear, lust simply evaporates.
Please accept my congrats for sharing your verse with the COSMO viewers. Good Luck
