- Laid back in an array of flashbacks,
- shuffling through my astir mind's
- eyes, gathering series of nostalgic
- sketches of tales webbed in .
(The title means literally little doze or light sleep.A display of moving images on a series of evocative tales of memories)
- Pristine images of a long race,
- willfully determined to cross
- the rocky pools of a prejudiced
- order, in abiding disharmony relayed.
(Untouched scenes of a long pursuit of dissonance to cross intentionally towards the hardships of life)
- Endured in the leftovers of an unknown
- ceasing flare, tumbled in day and night.
- Mulishly closed my eyes, rewinding
- the unsung melodies of my lost reveries .
(Life on this Earth is a risk, but it is a risk you have chosen. It is not to scare you all )
- Stayed alive anticipating the seasons
- to advance boost my endurance.
- Seconds ticked in celebration
- Knowing pearls will be consoling me
- on  awakening from this deep slumber.
(When people wander off onto the wrong path, they justify their own actions, or they say they gave in to temptation during a moment of weakness)

Dream meditation works best when you use at least three senses. Imagine yourself in a situation where you feel content — a steamy paradise, seafaring on calm waters, walking in flourishing fields. As you explore your blissful place, imagine smelling flowers, feeling grass or sand under your feet, and hearing water lap against the boat. You should soon feel relaxed and drift off. Sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, drop your shoulders, relax your jaw, but keep your mouth gently closed. Breathe in through your nose as extremely as is comfortable, ensuring your belly, not chest, rises.
Breathe gently out of your mouth, lips together so you hum. Try to hum for the whole out breath. Notice how it vibrates in your chest. Focus fully on this vibration over six breaths then sit quietly for a moment. Tell yourself you are ready for sleep, get up and hit the bed. There are special points in your body which promote sleep when pressed gently but firmly. Put your thumb on the point between your eyebrows at the top of your nose, where there's a slight indent.
The key to this trick is to start the habit as you drift off during a period when you are sleeping well, and then you can use it when you have difficulty. Do something unusual, such as stroking your cheek, as you nod off. Focus all your attention on what the movement feels like. Over successive nights, your body will learn to associate it with sleep and repeating it should convince your body it's sleepy.
Please accept my congratulations for sharing this verse with COSMO viewers. Good luck, Happy writing.

Dear Poetess of Love Piusha Singh,
Thanks for your appreciation of my POET'S PEN, I am inspired from your verse, " deep slumber " which made me to write another theme, Life is a profound slumber of which adore is the delusion.
We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged in work we enjoy on the journey toward the goal we've established for ourselves. It gives meaning to our time off and comfort to our sleep. It makes everything else in life so wonderful, so worthwhile. Now I see the secret of making the best person: it is to grow in the open air and to eat and sleep with the earth. Silence is the sleep that nourishes wisdom. Believe in the daybreak. Take action in the midday. Consume in the twilight. Slumber in the nighttime.
Love & Regards
