Million Frames

" Haunted by your
gnawing memories
a tale crushed in an
obsession towards
uncertain layers of
hidden emotions,
prevailed by the
frenzy passion
bursting out
from a maniac
essence of past"

(Emotions govern us and our character and its personality behaviors. As we try to form relations in the present life, hidden emotions can rise up to create stable roadblocks. Looking out through emotions stored, both in our own mind and body, we always see others through the lens of old fears, old anger, and old sadness. Then we all try to play out old emotions on someone new--who is not actually the root cause of your emotional issues)

" Crazily deviated
wandered aimlessly
unhinged by any orders
of ego,floated in the
endless reveries of
million frames captured
since eons,matured raw
in this pain,walked
alone demented in
the thawed lanes
of today"

(When we don't take responsibility for healing our emotional baggage, we expect too much of our relationships. We expect others to be more than loving and supportive. Not taking responsibility for healing our own baggage, we demand our relationships become therapy to heal our past.)

When we push our own inner emotions down, they don't go away...they stay in our systems waiting to be expressed in a way or other or in some way out busted externally. In order to keep pushing down what we feel, we often turn to freezing ourselves through some kind of addiction. We might make certain things as insensitive to ourselves with, consumption of alcohol, sex desires, work-addictions, and religious preachings, etc. Potentially anything in the universe can be misused in order to avoid feeling our truth. One of the greatest gifts we can give our relationships is to face and heal our own emotions. Also, one of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves is to find the courage to feel and heal.

From among the poems of Poetess Piusha Singh, this poems needs to be appraised as one of the well depicted, and also composed in a simple style with the essence of obsession and unanswered feelings that haunt over an earlier unfulfilled love. These frames in life can cause very perplexing and dissected emotions in a million frames for sure.
