- Walled in vacuum in your absence,
- Persisted since myriad of cycles.
- Passion brewed in an alchemy
- of thoughts, circling restless heart.
( An act of innermost psyche looking may be simple, but the actual doing of it can seem anything but easy. But consider this: the feel of you is the only thing that is always successful )
- Sleep narrowed by the teary eyes
- Intensity peaked on listening your voice.
- Liberated as a prisoner in your love
- Witnessed helplessly, this brewing vigor.
( We learn to resist repeatedly: we believe that life is inherently deceitful, and dangerous, and this belief creates a clear and present need to keep a watchful eye out, looking for threat and the means to defeat threat )
- Discern the reason behind my inceptionÂ
- No judgement prevailed at this juncture
- Embraced the factual  desire of endurance.
- Purified in every cardinal spiritual encounters .
(There is a lot more to our fear than the fear itself. A despair of life rises up mechanically in us, most likely when we are ejected from the womb at actual physical birth. Without any word of warning, we are suddenly awakened into a natural, furious storm of what we will eventually come to call experience, feeling, sensation, emotion, and so forth)
- Craving to energize by unifying our breaths,
- awaiting for your healing touch to caress me
- Â in lust,melting all ignorance's cropping around
- Anticipating the treasured hours of delight in honor
( Love is a rose, lust is its cologne. As time passes and we see that we have managed to survive that first onslaught of raw experience, the drama and intensity of the fear of life begins to fade into the background.)

For some of us, most of the time, it recedes into a hardly noticeable murmur of nervousness, anxious, dissatisfaction and disbelieve of our own lives that hums along relentlessly as the background of all experience. It's the irritating sense that life itself is the problem with being human; that life itself lacks some essential quality needed for our well-being, or includes something very wrong. It's the sense that life will never quite live up to its promise
We have a long history of failure in seeking satisfaction by employing the strategies of understanding, grasping, destroying, and ignoring. Many have come to believe that it's the existence of the understandings and reactions themselves that is the problem, and that often leads to practices and pursuits designed to produce mental silence and serenity. Some have concluded that thought it is the problem, and should be stopped
Now, all of these survival techniques and strategies — righteousness, resistance, clinging, indifference, murderous aggression, and so forth — have had good reason to appear and to be adopted by us in our own defense. We are mistaken in doing so, but with good cause. Life can seem profoundly untrustworthy and menacing, even as it beguiles us with false hope and promise. To get more balance in life, look around and get rid of the things that are unbalancing your life. At the root of every balance problem is a lack of stability. Every wobbly table has a leg that is in trouble ... that does not match the rest of them. Bring more balance in by bringing in less that unbalances your life. And that includes ... people, projects, and duties ... that waste your time instead of work as investments. Invest your time in soul fulfilling tasks instead of energy drainers. Clean out your cupboards mentally and emotionally. Toss out or give away those items and projects that no longer fill a need for you.
