I am silent
(A good Poetess will always be in her silence)
and her silent words speaks loudly)
(But her silence speaks louder and explodes)
My eyes listen
(Beautiful poetic expression, " My eyes listen "
To what my lips don’t say
( Listens to the unspoken words of love and life )
My ears feel the scrape of words
( Again, the poetic expression of feeling the breaking of the debris of the misused words, Alluring line for thought )
Against my skin
( Thoughts of the body and skin creeps into the mind )
I inhale them in the rain
( The rain is a blessing, both to the body and the soul )
That shimmers in my silence
( The after effects of the natural calamities )
They speak for me
( The Poetess speaks, witness, inhale on the realities of life and love )
Though short in words, the poem is very sharp in its implied meaningful themes. Congrats dear Shaiqua Murshed.

It is always tough to have beautiful lips and widely opened mouth, but cannot speak at all, it is hard to have many words and few sentences, but cannot utter it, or announce it , it is hard to have a heart but cannot make a love in life A sweet kiss or a soft hug is to let other people to know that you love without saying anything and being in silence.  All you have to do is to try being quiet with the person in question and I guarantee you will quickly be able to classify the silence. Based on the results, you will know the strength and length of your relationship. Silence Is Golden. Good luck!

Thank you for your interpretation. Pardon the usage of an oft-used cliche, silence is golden, however, in many of us who look beyond life, silence speaks the golden and the tin.
