DISAPPOINTMENTS OF LOVE

Throughout my years, it seems that I've

falling in and out of love

(Love is a sentiment, an emotional expression experienced by the many, but really enjoyed by very few)

the initial feelings of excitement and joy

turn to broken hearts, and remorse

(Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye.)

from happiness to tears, celebration to sighs

heavy hearts filled with displace

will I ever find the one, who's

truly meant to be my world

(Love takes a path from happiness to tears)

or continue to choose the same

woman, different face

Is it just that I'm too afraid

to branch out, so I stick

with my comfort zone

too afraid to try something

I'm not accustomed to,

so I settle for what I know

A lot of one night stands,

lot's and lot's of high wishes

how I crave to have my

last, first kiss

(A kiss is a lovely deception designed by nature to stop talking when words become surplus)

Can't get too excited and

this is the reason, no matter

how wonderful you seem,

you're only be around for

a season

so one door I close

(Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.)

there's a knock, someone new

I relentlessly smile like this could

really be the one

yet inside of my heart, I already know

(Love takes off masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within.)

that this isn't my future queen

it's just momentary fun

(Love is when the other person's happiness is more important than your own.)

The real loveliness of a woman is not in a facial mole, but true beauty in a Woman is reflected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she knows. People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. Beauty is not in the face; beauty is a light in the heart, If love is blind, then maybe a blind person that loves has a greater understanding of it. There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others. Nobody should be judged on their looks. Beauty is not found on the body but in the soul. The only thing the media has done is change the definition of the word. I mean being attractive may make it easier to catch someone but being kind and loving is how you keep some one.

Be yourself. Outer beauty pleases our eyes. Inner beauty captivates the heart. Beauty shouldn’t be about changing yourself to achieve an ideal or be more socially acceptable. Real beauty, the interesting, truly pleasing kind, is about honoring the beauty within you and without you. It’s about knowing that someone else definition of pretty has no hold over you. A truly enlightened soul is strong enough, is bright enough to live and shine through, A bright and beautiful soul can shine forth even from inside an equally beautiful surrounding.
