Nothing I do 
Is ever good enough for you
You are always running and denying
Hiding from the truth

(Never ever be scared to raise your tone of voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice. Truth will prevail and win at last)

Nothing I say
Is ever going to make us okay
The moment I needed you the most
You turned the other way

(The true face is always a true face. Truth never changes or damages a good cause that is always appears to be justified. Hippocrates will turn away the faces of the truth)

The arguments never stop
No matter what it is about
Weakened from your verbal assaults 
Everything is always my fault

(The Poetess is surrendering to the truth, and is prepared to accept for its consequences whatever)

Nothing I say 
Can persuade you to stay
Out of empathy and shame
I always take the blame

This time I just need you to go away.

(It takes strength and courage to admit the truth as this happened always in life throughout)

Living with truthfulness means: Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your dealings. Asking for what you want and need from others. Speaking the truth, even though it might create conflict or tension, this habit is highly essential. Behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values is vital. Making choices based on what you believe is acceptable, and not what others believe.

Dear Poetess Valerie Lynn, please accept my congratulations for sharing this verse to us, this poem is an inspiration to us. Keep writing more and more, God bless you,
