SMALL TOWN BLUES

Then she introduced herself, and I as well.  And I said we have to quit bumping into each other this way or people are going to talk. We laughed and she said well at least it would give them a reason to talk. Well we live in a small town and that’s just what people do in small towns is talk and gossip about others you now how it goes. Well we continued to talk and it let to use being just about neighbor she only lived a mile from me and we had never meet before. So we switched addresses and phone numbers and we became great friends for months. Till one day we became very close she was going through a divorce
And I had been divorced for years, and neither one of use was looking for a relationship.
Well needless to say it led us there, so much in common yet not if you know what I mean.
Well then the small town blues set in, the gossip the crap as it’s put. Well then we started to argue but we still got along really good. Then the ex started up after a year the guy decided he didn’t want a divorce the judge was out to get him, and he wasn’t going to get screwed. So then it went to I wanted a divorce cause we was seeing each other. That’s funny I thought we had only been seeing each other a few months how can this be. Well come to find out he was a control freak, and now he’s out of control. Well then it really turned, now he’s sick and he don’t have long to go and he misses her and wants to work it out. Well I new she was married and was getting a divorce, for all most nine months before me and was telling her he wanted a divorce and put her out. Now im here and she seemed to be fairly happy and suddenly im the reason he wants a divorce and if he gets a divorce he don’t want it where he lives at, because the judge would screw him. Well now I have to give up a great friend and a true love cause he don’t want it they’ve separated several times and she ends up back again. And not only a very good friend but my best friend and true love had to leave to go play this game instead of being with me. She’s a great lady and went back for all the wrong reasons, but did and now has left someone that loves her very much and has done more for her in a few months then he has done in nine years. Just because of the small town gossip. and the ability to leave others alone. There isn’t much else but to gossip or smoke dope. People need to really learn to shut up and leave people alone, so that people can live and have a happy life. And not to live to run others down because there’s nothing better to do but gossip or smoke dope, and make others feel bad because there life sucks.Some say she doesn’t now what she wants. She says she don’t like to be looked down on because people are judging her because she’s not divorced. I think it’s because the ex isn’t happy, because she is. Others say screw him he made his bed. Well I think the only ones screwed here is her and I because of the small town blues.

I just pray that she knows she means the world to me and returns so we may be. Well what do you people think and should it matter?
