Why You Shouldn't Buy Sports Video Games
You should never buy sports video games when they're first released because they go down in value faster than other video games. A woman paid $60.00 for a sports game for her son. Just one year later, he traded it in at GameStop and received $1 credit for it.
You should wait until the sports games go down to $20.00 or less before you buy them. That way you won't lose as much if you sell or trade them. With the exception of golf and boxing games, I hate sports games. I have nothing against them but I don't like them.
Not long after the Sony PS4 was released, I saw a football game at a thrift store for $5.00. To be a pretty new PS4 game, that was an incredible price. But because it was a football game, I didn't buy it.
If you love sports games and never intend to sell or trade them, ignore what I've said. But because they go down in value really fast, I feel that I should warn you that you'll get practically nothing for them when you sell or trade them. I hate to see somebody pay $50.00-$60.00 for a game that will only be worth one dollar the next year.
