She had also achieved several 10 Kms and 21 Kms running inside the house and  during Covid-19 times, when it was totally closed outside in a lockdown environment, and during that adverse pandemic days, she used to maintain her fitness intact by doing regular running inside the house in the drawing room stretching for not even 10 meters.There was no target time involved, just she wanted to enjoy the run.
 All should be well aware about our bodies and capabilities to complete the run safely and further more indoor running tests our real endurance not pace…..One minute of workout is equal to 120 heartbeats, dedicating 387 minutes of workout to all the doctors, Nurses, Police and more = who are working 24/7 for us
