WILLIAMSJI MAVELI : POETIC TREASURE

Poetry in general is the bloom and the fragrance of all human awareness, human thoughts, knowledge, passions, emotions, and depiction of vivid feelings of mind through inter-action between one human to another human. Poetry is condensed writing that formulates a concentrated imaginative awareness of experience in language chosen and arranged to create a specific emotional response through meaning, sound, and rhythm. It is the art of apprehending and interpreting ideas by the faculty of imagination, it is an art of idealizing both our own thoughts and expressions.
Though that fact this concept won't be taken much into consideration, so as to make the interpretation in a more personal approach, it is noticeable that by not leaving aside, the poem grows beautifully stronger; not only because the remembrance before mentioned takes a deep air of nostalgia, but because the complete image given by the poem.
So a true poet lives not only in his contemporary time but also in the time future with the entire cultural heritage projecting the eternal essence of human sympathy, consciousness as well as awareness.
Poets use imagery to draw readers into a sensory experience. Images will often provide us with mental snapshots that appeal to our senses of sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell. In essence, images show us meaning; when we compare the snapshots in our mind to our own memories or experiences, we connect emotionally to the poem.
Imagery can either expose us to new experiences or reveal our own experiences in a new light. Because most poems are brief, a poet has the challenge of creating an entire world for the reader in a few short lines, and images or even the story that arises from a series of images is the most efficient route to this communication. Then, having satisfied the sensuous the work must engage the intellect, gratifying that sense through the grace of its theme and the beauty it achieves in the depiction of the essence of the theme, If the poetry is lacking in either of these qualities,
it must rely more heavily on its narrative content. In such cases, the picture ceases to be a real poem about space and is therefore incapable to inspire their viewer contemplation of and musings about the sacred and the purity elements. Because imagery is so found in poetry, the canon of literature is chock-full of excellent examples. It has long been understood that the initial appeal of a pictorial poem is emotional.
