Karma
Karma is her name
She will visit you to teach you a new way
Allow you to taste what to others you have fed
She will get inside your head
Showing you a picture from the otherside
From her there really is no place to hide
She does not wait on an invite
Her arrival will not be annonced
She may stay a while or brush past you one day
Change all around you, leave your life in dismay
I wish that when she visits you will gain from the lessons she gives
Learn to live better
Learn how to give

Yes Karma, she is there to assure that one does not abuse the other, but she works like a politician.
Most days are spent campaigning for their job and a lot of karma goes unserved. Unless I'm due for it of course.

As you so emphatically placed in your poem. Road blocks does not accompany nor hinder destiny, in its inevitable stage, what should happen most definitely will. What goes around certainly has no problem with coming back around and surely what you reap, so shall you sow...Wonderful words of wisdom and a lesson, well to be learned....

Any and all times,you should and they are, well deserved, by you,of me and i really miss the reading of yours and all others,(ladies and Gents.),collections of art, on this site. I am back for a minute and got a lot of catching up to do and this one,(your poem) was a wonderful piece of work to pursue, in lew of my quest to (catching-up).....A wonderful work, on "A word to the wise and unwise, to take heed,to miss Karma." Don't know why i labeled (Karma) her!!!!!!(Smile)...

You are so right Jimmy I do the same, I always think of Karma as female? not sure why.
Had a female dog once called Karma too :)
The saying (well it is a saying in Ireland not sure if you would have heard it) "Karmas a bitch" is said when you see someone get something they may deserve. This of course also indecates a female.
Who knows ?Mmmm food for thought now, what would Karma be called if it was Male?

Well familiar with the saying, "Karma's a bitch" but the label to be posted on females in Ireland, is new to me and kinda male chauvinist, if you ask me. What should it be called, when the shoe is placed, on the foot, of the male? In search of any and all answers from all.
