What saved me and got me through my medical nightmare, was the greatest journey I would have with myself and God, my Father for thirty years…and a new child was created from chaos….the in-between mattered…and he taught me to calm the mind and I found a greater link to life...….. we are never alone....

Begin within to see your own wisdom

And if you must journey far just keep something in mind

There is nothing in this life that you should ever fear

Because, it’s only the fear you will learn to deny

Close your mind to all those negative voices

Try exercising your own beating heart

Ask yourself who will then win the battle

If you don’t know who you are when the world falls apart?

Be grateful to have shared time with someone

And, even if that someone must come to an end

Remember the good things you all learned together

And even from far away they will always be your friend…
