A WISH FOR AN ANGEL

Hello Angels,

I hope this note finds you all well, smiling and inspired :)

I haven't been up here much, but I just wanted to say you are always in my heart and thoughts :)  As well as keeping me inspired as I build a new world.....my new world.... I've been editing and writing up a storm....I am grateful and blessed to be alive :) and to know such wonderful like minded Angels 

Today, a special wish goes out to my best friend, and God's Angel Lucie Bellemare, Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach.  She is my inspiration in knowing that dreams come true....

She has been instrumental in helping me through the many changes I'm making due to the medical madness that has made a mess of my body.......and as I try to reduce my pain medication, I am learning about an array of foods and other things that are not as damaging....and great for the mind, body and spirit....
