You showed me to Love Myself
You wanted Freedom
So I left to better my Mental Health

Another pantoum. And though your first line concerns the reader, as they progress through your poem they realise that the writer has overcome that. Not only overcome but in so doing has leaned something about themselves. Your choice of lines shows that progression really well such that it is lines 1 and 3 of the last verse that stand out.Ā
