Loves desire

If long nights bleed into the sun, shall it weep the red day born. For blood moons cast shadows and shade before the day, and sun would therefore be red dawn ,
Lovers crave the moon never ending, blending like shapes and figures in the dark, leaving spaces between them , which love can then throw a spark ,
Remains of moonlight lay on bare skin , softly sleeping, restled, and rested by loves desire,
As the morning comes to peacefully knock, on the horizon made of red , like fire,
Only in the nights long hours can love be made of more than a rush to blood, the pulse, the body and red hearts dawn, behind the curtains
Behind the scenes of a love forever drawn .

A beautiful song of love. Lovely Poem.
Thank you 😊 ❤️
I always liked your love poems presented as rhyming couplets. And the reinforcement of desire in your title in your use of red, spark and fire. My favourite line has to be "remains of moonlight lay on bare skin ..........." because it represents the essence of your words, it has an underlying sensuality and it could be a one line poem.
Thank you 😊 ❤️
