A Dream within a Dream

I went to my bed, to closed my eyes for a good night sleep.

A woke in front of a church door.

I proceeded inside...this place is familiar to me.

I walk to the door of the sanctuary looked inside, for some reason unknown to me

I turned away from the sanctuary and walked down the stair to the lower level of the church.  I sat down at the nearest table and chair, then fell a sleep.

When I awoke... I rushed back up the stairs to the sanctuary...Day light was gone and the knight was present. Confused..questioning how long I was a sleep. I turned to my left and there stood the Reverend...where have you been all this time? Come...walk with me.

As we walked... the church building began to transform. the very small lobby, became a long corridor with large round stone pillars on each side.

As we continue down the corridor their stood a very young boy behind one of the pillars.The Reverend stop to speak with the young child...I could not see the child face nor could I  hear what was being said, Strangely... my spirit and heart could. At that moment I knew the Reverend  was lying to the child.

Suddenly I was alone, which I continued down the corridor a lone. At the end of the corridor was a cement pond, in the cement pond was a little boy playing in the water,again I could not see the child face ...I proceed to the pond to join the child in play...We kicked the water with our feet...we splashed in the water...I was a child at heart, enjoying the fun...instantly the little boy yelled out..Oh there are worms in the pond. 

I looked down and around as the water began to descend, the water receded from my knees to my ankles... I could clearly see the bottom of the cement pond, was covered with worms, as I began to exit the pond...I a woke where I started in my bed.
