Wind In My Hair

When I dream a deep sleep, I dream of love, of lust, of the wet
Of the night, the water touches my body, and the wind in my hair
Flows over the ocean, into the moonlight, and I feel the peace
Of serenity, of a love everlasting, the spirit of our souls, where we met
We have touched lives, we have touched the earth and the sky
Now I dream of a day where we will once again survive the time
Wherever you go, I shall be there, in my dream, I see you vividly
You are bronze, dark eyed, and muscular, you have calused hands
Though they are gentle, and your chest is my longing, your heart is belonging
To me, you are my everything, the mountains I envy, the waters I drink
You are my bones, my heart that beats, I live for your passion, in my mind
I will not ever let go of the native soul, and the wind in my hair
Shall take me there, where I find you on the top of a cliff looking over
The waters deep, and you will rescue me, I shall only fall into your arms
Not into the channels that be, but awaken from this dream with a kiss
So bliss, that I am blinded, but I open my eyes and I shall see
At last, my brave one has found me
