Wiping away the blood from her face.

I was with friends, we heard noise coming from a ground level apartment, we went there and saw a girl being pushed out the door, it turned out she was a friend we know, then everyone including her started walking away from the apartment and while everyone went on I noticed she was walking slowly behind us so I slowed down,  went to her and found she had blood all over her face; everyone stopped and I got a piece of  tissue or something and started to wipe away the blood from her forehead first and then the rest of her face, and that's it.
