It is a mindset, yes, 100% it is. I do believe, though, that your mindset is helped or hindered by the people you have around you. Acute mental illness will prevent sufferers from being able to do anything with their mind set. But yes, in the right circumstances and with the right amount of love and support, mindset is everything x
