Solidarity

To not leave anyone behind, solidarity is important,
we don't care about the time it takes, the investment.
I was raised like that. They won't change me.
We think of others before ourselves. We want to give to those who don't have.
I give without expecting to receive in return.
to be united is to transcend oneself. Forget that we are only one.
To realize that there is a whole world that is not always equal.
This world terrifies me sometimes.
But, by helping, by supporting, we make it a little more acceptable. A little more livable. A little more sustainable.
