"SELAH"
" In search of Me "

In search of me,
A destiny came to be, of a vision not of reality,
In search of me,
To wander through the mists of spells,
And tempted to open the gates of hell,
In search of me,
A whisper softly still, to consider thy will,
If life granted immortality, would I be, “In search of Me” ?
“SELAH”

I confess I had to look Selah up but once I did it brought more clarity to your words. I sense a spirituality in them. Almost like, and I am really sorry if I am wrong here, it could be Jesus writing this. I am specifically referring here to the temptation, gates of hell and thy will. But if the poem is about ordinary mortals then I like the repeated "in search of me" because that is what we spend our whole lives doing.
Again sorry if I am way off the mark here.
Thank you,
Sir. Bernie Martin,

as i always say,
Sir. Bernie Martin,

Not sure I will ever tire of seeing those three words "seer in wisdom." Thank you so much and you are very welcome.
