feels like
how it sounds
when nails are
raked across
a chalk board,

it makes my 
whole body
tingle
and hurt
all at once.

it makes my head 
feel like 
it's exploding, 
and my heart 
feels like it's 
tearing into
shreds 
with every word
that leaves your lips.
