25 year Old friends

It was so refreshing today.
Bringing back memories of yesteryear.
1st proper drinking sessions,
At the ages of 11.
Spirits,
Wine,
Alcopops and beer.
1st time smoking pot,
Getting the munchies and laughter full of cheer.
I love the fact,
That at school,
Squish was my best mate.
One of many.
Definitely giving me the most laughs out of all my peers.

I’m so glad to have him back in my life.
I now can’t wait for Liz to meet his loving partner and wife.
It was exciting,
Chatting seemingly endlessly .
Each talking about our joys.
Each talking about our strife.
The most amazing thing though,
Is that he’s now back in my life!
