6 Hey Diddle Diddle Poems

Hey diddle diddle,
I'll write a great riddle,
That no-one can possibly solve.
People will scratch their heads,
Keep geniuses awake in their beds,
A mystery the world can't resolve.
Hey diddle diddle,
I'm stuck in the middle,
And can't move left or right.
Try as I may,
With much dismay,
I'm trapped here all through the night.
Hey diddle diddle,
Pass me that fiddle,
I'll show you how to play.
I'm a little bit rusty,
And this fiddle smells musty,
But will do for my music on display.
Hey diddle diddle,
I'm stuck in the middle,
And can't move forward or back.
My head is thumping,
My heartbeat is jumping,
I think I'm having a heart attack.
Hey diddle diddle,
I need to Jimmy Riddle,
For I've drunk lots of tea.
I seek a private place,
So I don't cause disgrace,
To anybody looking at me.
Hey diddle diddle,
I need to Jimmy Riddle,
For I'm drunk from lots of beer.
I use a crowded place,
Just to cause disgrace,
To all who don't applaud and cheer.

I am chuckling so hard right now 😂 this was such a fun read!! Pinned because it puts a grin on my gloomy face which I desperately needed. Thank you my talented friend ❤️
