On a positive note you can only improve then. :). All is well just dealing with same old self. I used to not recognize the flaws then I became aware and felt way to overwhelmed ( helpless ) now I seem to have my mental baggage contained but it’s a constant mind-f**k. Distractions seem like the best remedy but there’s only so many. We make for good poets at least from our agony ;) . Hugs back -RobÂ
