A CLOSER LOOK
The world would tell you
That a woman is the symbol of love
That she loves the deepest and the strongest
Maybe for once the world is right
Sensitivity, understanding, compassion and kindness
Flows from a woman's heart with ease
She was created with those diamond like qualities
And given a charge to love
In the face of emotional scares
In the face of abandonment and disappointments
She never ceases to be a woman
She never stumbles on love
She is like a fresh flowing spring
Her heart mirrors the love of God
Her voice has healing in each word
She sees the intent of your actions
She understands your unspoken words
The world is a better place
Because of her unwavering strength through her struggles
Her calmness in chaos, wisdom in provocation
And her ability to love despite her tears.
