A Curse

What did my mother do in her past lives
That she should deserve to give birth to such a sorry ass wretch
A dishonorable loser who is only good for making her life miserable
Instead of rising her up in life
I've only dragged her down
I've failed to re reciprocate her heavy labours
Islam says heaven was at her feat
I've managed to turn heaven hell
It's only by the grace of God she's been kept under Nature's spell
I've strained her love beyond the heavens
And deep below the depths of the sea
Her undying love deserves infinite compensation
But perhaps there is no hope for me.

Beautifully written but so sad. I'm looking fwd to reading something happy from you too!!
: ) ... Thanks... Last two days really hard and full of angst, but it's just a short season and venting through poetry helps me pass through it more quickly.

Awww this is sad! A mother's love is unconditional. This poem has been written so well. The reader cannot help but to feel the emotion in this x
