Many has searched a lifetime 
To find a friend like you
One who's love is unfailing 
And always speaks the truth 

Wisdom falls from your lips 
Like dew on the thirsty grass
Compassion is seen in your eyes 
And a hurting soul, you dear not pass

The hart of a man, is an open book 
That only you can read
His thoughts though fabricated in the dark
From your knowledge, cannot be concealed 

You give to all those in need
Generosity is your way of life 
You are the faithful friend 
That every man needs
