A Gifted Poet!

cut me open an look inside
thats good blood by gods design
now open up the mind an you wil find
thoughts that shine and interwine 
in time youll understand why
ive got this all planned before i die
leaving a poets message behind
a prophecy is what you will find
Im always one step ahead
with these words that leave my head
so you can look back when im dead
an say this chap meant what he said
that heart was pure in his chest
an always swore hed do his best
until it came for me to rest
i gave more and never any less
im not in any contest
just putting my poetry skills on display
i climbed those steap hills with no delay
rallied like a relay race
quick with words at a very fast pace
now you know im blessed with grace
before i leave earth without a trace
ill make sure you remember my face
