A Golden Palace

A Golden Palace

Gemstones line the staircases in the sky they shine
While the white wings of dove angels flutter in hundreds
The heavens clouds of cumulous white oyster pearls behold
As we kneel at his feet as he above stands holding out his arms to embrace us
His voice echoes through the spirals balconies as he welcomes his children
Only tears of happiness flow down his faceĀ
The halls and walls of elegance and fountains of wine devine
Golden pavements adorn where the glory of the father surrounds
Where there is no sorrow, no sadness, no pain nor suffering only songs of joy sing as bells ring softly
A golden palace awaits those of faith to live Ā in this magnificent place
As our eyes behold such beauty such radianceĀ
Finding peace in our hearts with the love embraced by the almighty
In this golden palace in this golden place we are free with God for he is great

It is a good feeling to read a poem of light and one presented so well written and uplifting.
A little faith in life and in others, certainly goes a long way.
Thank you Nancy for writing and sharing.
