A Letter To Older Generations

A Letter To Older Generations

One day I swear...
We used to,
Used to be equal.
In value.
In importance.
In worth.

One day I swear...
There was a better life.
A bigger chance,
No spiteful strife.
Somewhere out there.

That mess of a planet that you left,

Are nothing but preassure,
Only made to reassure
That we will never "lose your trust",
Or we will never cease to lust
When all you ever do is just

The beauty with social standards
That are causing you this mayhem
Is that now your new generation
Gets to remake them

And so it goes
We blame our parents
You blame us
Your children will blame you

Thank you kindly for your thoughts and may you have only good fortune.
