A Little Peace of Silence There.
When all the day has settled down,
I grieve upon this hallowed ground
Another night has settled near
And only shadows disappear
Send me something of a fate
Before the hour gets too late
For dust is but a trail away
When walking thru the dark of day
Stand aside odd number pairs
As marches play for empty chairs
And chase the numbers of a dream
Til youth is but a distant scream
I found a piece of sunlight there
Among the broken, mottled fare
And though it didn't stop to shine
I'll always think of it as mine.

Hi Laddie,
Thank you so much. The journey may be lonely, but it's wrought with awful writing. I'm glad you like mine.
Thanks!
Ima.
