A MAN OF PRIDE

A MAN OF PRIDE

Before the carnage, anger and rage spews
Death and Destruction consume the mind

Where is wisdom when madness comes
Where is humility when pride laughs

Who is god? Where is hell?

I am accountable only to myself
Judgment is mine to share or withhold

Where are the stairs that lead to repentance?

I have a heart fashioned by pride
The world is of people such as I

We laugh in the face of death
It is like eating bread after being full

WHO AM I, YOU ASK.

I am a man of pride
I am Untouchable!

Wilford Barker.
