A Modern Life
Tumblr, Twitter,
Facebook, Flickr
Instagram and so on
We can't tear ourselves away
From these modern
Dopamine fixes
The feed goes on and on.
Well perhaps it's healthier
Than beer or wine
Though not so very useful
If you want to unwind
I don't know about others
But for me I sometimes find
That these modern distractions
Possess my mind.

social media has become essential in our lives, it happens with new technologies how it happens with all things, used with their heads instruct and are positive, and when they are overused they can act as harmful to the psyche. Thanks to new technologies you can learn the artistic work of many artists, and read poems as ingenious and as well built as "A Modern Life".
In short; despite all its drawbacks, home computers, smartphones and all digital tools are one of the most important steps humanity has taken, and we should be glad to have been able to know and enjoy all its Advantages.
