A Moonlight Kiss
Transfixed by the starsΒ
On this heavenly night
A love was bornΒ
Not so long ago
Longing to be with him
Her heart knew the risks
She had loved before
Only to have her heartΒ
Torn on this moonlight floorΒ
He was her knightΒ
The man she thought of everyday
Their was never a momentΒ
She was not thinking of him
Anytime of day
Upon this rock
They confessed their loveΒ
A moonlight's kiss
Was their eternal love song
As they hold each otherΒ
Under the sky of blue
He got down on one knee
To say I can't live without you too
Promises madeΒ
Promised kept
I love you my dear
God will take care of the rest

It's easy to lose yourself when you're so consumed with someone...
I think that in love there needs to be a balance to give each other some space...
If you give too much of yourself then it's not allowing the roots to take hold and the relationship if it's too fast or too consuming it doesn't grow together right...
Giving each other the chance to miss the other, that's a good thing...
