A poem for the lonely

The wind, it whispers in my hair
It tells me things I don’t like
The wind, I can feel it stare
It judges me with all its might
The wind, It does not really care
It keeps me awake at night
The wind, it makes me scared
Of love, of laughter, of life
The trees they point and glare
It makes me hide in shame
The trees, they don’t ever share
It makes me take the blame
The trees, they come in pairs
It makes me feel alone
The trees tell me to say my prayers
So that If I die, I will be right
The ocean it mocks and runs
It fills me with despair
The ocean tries to wave
It is trying to take me away
The ocean, it keeps secrets
It doesn’t allow me to trust
The ocean, it wants me to swim
It wants me to drown in my sorrows
The sky, it pulls me up
It saves me from my fears
The sky, it draws me in
It makes me feel no pain
The sky, it tries its hardest
It ignites my internal flame
The sky, it holds me in the clouds
It shelters me from doubt
