Try To Remember

it's hard to understand why some people complain.
why life is so hard, with so little to gain ?
We look for a chance, an opening of sort's,
that reward our efforts, and promote our thoughts.

But we must never forget that there are worse of than us,
who get on with their life, with little or no fuss.
They dont want your sympathy, or your unwilling hand,
and all they would ask for. is a chance on this land.

Some people are fortunate with no burden to carry
And they look down their noses, upon them in no hurry.
I'm sure we'd all like to be blessed, without a care in our way.
But life is not like this, and we all have to pay.

So please try to remember, when you're sitting alone.
That some have no future, no bed or a home.
And many will go hungry with nothing to eat.
But you will not hear them complain,
"why the world's not at their feet"
