A Tale Of Christmas

A Tale Of Christmas

Co-write by hardrocklover
& poetessdarkly

Snow falling in the midnight sky
Children tucked in their beds
Dreaming of toys in their heads
Does santa believe they're naughty
or nice?

Krampus waiting in the wingsΒ
To punish a naughty one
For misery,they've done
A satchel-full of torture on hand

Down the chimney he comes
Hitting the ground with a loud thud
Trying to grab the kid
But he is already on the runΒ

Finding a hiding spotΒ
Just out of sightΒ
Kneeling down saying a prayer
That someone would rescue him tonight
