A tricky one

Sometimes our brain says something is right the  makes it feel like it’s wrong this is a tricky one because you need to listen to your brain but then it contradicts itself 
In these instances go with your heart as your heart will never lead you astray

Sometimes our brains do something to protect us which inadvertently hurts and confuses us even more this is a tricky one because you need to listen to your brain
In these instances go with your gut feeling as That’s a feeling you can’t change 

Sometimes our brain will go into overdrive and make a question everything we know is right and true this is a tricky one because you need to listen to your brain
In these instances go with outside feeling and opinions because those who really love and care about you will never lead you astray 

Not listening To your brains thoughts and options is tricky one because you need to listen to your brain 
But sometimes you have to override your brain before it sabotages you
