Advice

Be Happy . Eliminate stuff that bores , bothers , buries, burdens , back stabs , betrays . Be happy encourage stuff that  enlightens , excites , fills ,  comforts . Shrug off any dirt thrown at your character . Put your hand up to speak in turn .Show up when it matters . Be who you created the person you decide to be . The good , bad , ugly , undecided , whole or broken you . Discuss small talk  . Hold each other dear . Gather all the love you can carry . Unload all the hurt you can't carry . Travel in group or alone but welcome only those who don't mislead . Be confident when ego allows . Be humble when life goes belly up . Find personal peace if only for a treasured moment . Rejoice when you can breathe a little easier ,that at the time , you did the best you could in that situation . Congratulations  .
