Holds her tongue until the bad mood passes. 

Holds her language back from swearing. 

Holds her head high, for knows her own. 

Holds her breath for nothing. 

And she breaths the life worth balancing. 

And she takes a deep breath when there is things challenging. 

Huffing and snoring when she sleeps. 

Tastes the not so clean air. 

Breath slowly, when hurt emerges. 

Breathing right can slow the panicked heart.

And she may breath in diseases, so likes the out of the way path.
