Another 365

Another year has passed right before our very eyes

I remember last year, yes! Right around this time 

promises to myself promises I now deny 

superstitions taken into consideration for this moment in time 

12 grapes I must eat to go with each month and wish of mine

 A glass of water to pour out my sorrows for me 2 should be fine 

Can't forget the bacon..yep fried..! 

Now comes the promises about leaving all the B.S behind 

I recall doing something similar last year but hummm it slips my mind

no longer will I say god forgive me but wait not just yet..!

no.! This time I'm serious I'm done with this s**t.

this year is gonna be different I'm gonna be more serious and hold my 

head high..yep this year I'll try.!

no more drinking and watching the girls go by

wait I'm lost.! I forgot what I was talking about 

oh well the balls about to drop..smile!
