Anxiously Waiting

Constantly disappointed, only wanted the best
People give advice when they should listen to it them self
See I've been there and I've experienced a lot,
This ain't my first rodeo,  been around the block
Full of knowledge and advice but I sit back and play dumb
I say what I have to say and when I had enough, I'm done
People know everything, we only know what we know 
Shouldn't assume were better then others because they can just be putting on a show
I'm guilty of this myself, but I know my position
Sacrificing myself hoping others will make the right decision
That hardly workouts in my favor, just setting myself up
Drowning in disappointments and let downs as it overflows the cup,
I don't know who or what I'm searching for
I need to find it soon because I can't take much more
