Are 3 Seconds Saved, Really Worth it?

Gail Tater be sniffing my exhaust
as Kelly Hopter flies across the sky
speeding check cameras,
catch'er passing me
as she did try.

'Johnny was a car driver',
has the same idear,
pulled out for passing,
an'ee didn't see'er.

Common sense,
applied my brakes,
what I'd sawn has
given me the shakes.

Patience in-patients,
ain't something absurd,
helps to keep you living,
instead of becoming a buried turd. :P

(driving home from lunch out of town.  It's starting to appear as the swarms of nut-bar drivers from the highways around the Toronto area, have started migrating to our tri-cities area.  They inspired the above poem, this afternoon. :P
(Play on words assistance:
(Gail Tater = Tail gater, letters rearranged.
(Kelly Hopter = Helicopter, letters rearranged. ;) )
