Poem -

Are You Afraid Of The Dark

The time has come asΒ
the sun slowly fades
Darkness swallows my
room into a dark abyssΒ
The wind that howls in
the midnight hour
Sends a cold chill that
runs down my spine

The wind whispers like
a ghost in the night
That send cold chills
to this heart of mine
As the shadows of the night
are set to roam free
Sending pain and despair
to this torture heart of mine

The smell of death lingers
in the midnight hour
As the flames of hell opens
the gates to rise
As the demons of the night
raise from their gravesΒ
Spreading chaos and destructionΒ
to the world we live

Where has the light gone that
bounds the creatures of the night
Swallowed by the darknessΒ
that set them free
The time has come for darknessΒ
for the darkness to rule the world
With the question deep in my soul
That ask am I afraid of the dark
Β
